My nutrition consultation service focuses on tailoring nutrition plans to suit individuals with various medical conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and food allergies. Understanding that each person’s health needs are unique, I work closely with patients to create personalised nutrition strategies that cater to their specific conditions

Your GP may have recommended you to make changes in your lifestyle and follow a healthy diet to improve your overall health or you have already taken the first step on your own.  Most of the time such changes are not clear nor personalised. Following a healthy diet is included but is not limited to adding more veggies and refraining from sweets nor choosing tasteless foods over yummy ones which seems to be more like a punishment than a mindful approach towards your health, but knowing the concept of how the body works and utilises energy and how to fuel it with proper food choices to build and nourish a healthy body you need for the rest of your life.
