Meet Paris
Paris goal is to empower people to make positive health changes through practical nutrition recommendations and healthy choices.
These positive health changes don’t have to be necessarily made through eliminating food groups, drinking detox smoothies and teas, being so obsessive about weight or very intense exercise. Instead, we work together to formulate a well-balanced nutrition plan tailored to you and your health goals.
Paris has a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between food, human biochemistry and physiology and how all these factors play important role in health, either physically or mentally, well-being and the prevention of chronic diseases.
Paris consults on many general nutritional issues such as weight loss, weight gain, Type 2 Diabetes, IBS, and inflammatory diseases and can help you better management of other health issues that may not generally be associated with nutrition such as depression & anxiety, sleeping problems, fertility challenges, PCOs, skin conditions and immune dysfunction.
As a Mum to a sweet boy, she has a strong interest in childhood nutrition and can offer personal insight and tailored solutions to help little fussy eaters and provide long-term solutions to ensure your child’s nutritional needs are being met.
